Deactivating Sizzy

If you have an active Sizzy subscription and want to use the app on another computer, you first have to deactivate Sizzy on your current system (unless you have a multi-seat subscription).

In case you uninstalled the app before deactivating, or don't have access to the previous machine anymore, see the Deactivating using the Sizzy Portal section instead.

Deactivating using the app

Tip If you want to preserve your current app config and transfer it over to your new machine, see Backup and restore user configuration.

On macOS, click on Sizzy in the menu bar and select Deactivate Sizzy. On Windows/Linux, open the hamburger menu on the top left of the window, and go to Sizzy -> Deactivate Sizzy.
