If you have an active Sizzy subscription and want to use the app on another computer, you first have to deactivate Sizzy on your current system (unless you have a multi-seat subscription).
In case you uninstalled the app before deactivating, or don't have access to the previous machine anymore, see the Deactivating using the Sizzy Portal section instead.
On macOS, click on Sizzy in the menu bar and select Deactivate Sizzy. On Windows/Linux, open the hamburger menu on the top left of the window, and go to Sizzy -> Deactivate Sizzy.
Click Yes on the dialog box to deactivate Sizzy on your device.
Finally, download and install Sizzy on the new computer and activate it using your existing Sizzy account.
Use this method in case you uninstalled the app before deactivating, or don't have access to the previous machine anymore.
Log in to the Sizzy Portal and select the subscription that you were using on your previous computer.
Click the Deactivate device icon under the Actions column and click Yes on the confirmation dialog to deactivate Sizzy on that device.
This section applies if and only if you bought a lifetime or a gift subscription before 5 May 2021. If you purchased yours after that, none of this applies to you.
Log in to the Sizzy Portal, go to the My licenses tab, and click on Manage license.
Click the Deactivate device icon under the Actions column and click Yes on the confirmation dialog to deactivate Sizzy on that device.
