Deactivating Sizzy
Each seat can be active on up to three computers at a time. If you wish to use the app on a fourth computer, your first have to deactivate Sizzy on one of them.
You can preserve your current app config and transfer it over to the new machine. See Backup and Restore User Configuration.
In case you uninstalled the app before deactivating, or don't have access to the previous machine anymore, see the "Deactivating using the Sizzy Portal" section below.
On macOS, click on Sizzy in the menu bar and select Deactivate Sizzy.
On Windows/Linux, open the hamburger menu on the top left of the window, and go to Sizzy -> Deactivate Sizzy.
Click Yes on the dialog box to deactivate Sizzy on the device.
Finally, download and install Sizzy on the new computer and activate it using your existing Sizzy account.
Use this method in case you uninstalled the app before deactivating, or don't have access to the previous machine anymore.
Log in to the Sizzy Portal and select the subscription that you wish to deactivate.
Click the Deactivate device icon under the Actions column, and click Yes on the confirmation dialog.
This section applies if and only if you bought a lifetime or a gift subscription before 5 May 2021. If you purchased it after that date, none of this applies.
Log in to the Sizzy Portal, go to the My licenses tab, and click on Manage license.
Click the Deactivate device icon under the Actions column, and click Yes on the confirmation dialog to deactivate Sizzy on that device.
