Navigation Sync

By default, all the devices in the workspace have synchronized navigation, scrolling, clicks, and keyboard input, i.e. all the devices will always be in the same position on a single webpage and take the same input.

You can change some or all of this behavior with the Navigation Sync toggles.

Synchronize navigation

By default, all the devices in the workspace point to the same URL. Disable this option to test different URLs on different devices.

Active device

Once the Synchronize Navigation option is disabled, the Active device dropdown appears below it. The navigation panel and the debugging panel are connected to this active device.

Synchronize scroll

When enabled, all devices scroll in sync.

Disable this option to scroll every device individually.

Absolute scroll sync

When synchronized scrolling is enabled, you can set the scroll syncing to Absolute. This uses absolute delta values for syncing scroll positions.

Synchronize clicks

When enabled, clicking an element on one device also simulates a click on every other device.

When disabled, clicking an element on one device does not affect other devices.

Attention This only applies to clicking a page element. Clicking a URL on one device still takes all devices to that URL unless Synchronized navigation is disabled.

Synchronize inputs

When enabled, all user input such as forms is duplicated across all devices.

Disabling this option restricts all input to only the active device.
